My debut EP consists of three tracks that all take heavy influence from folk/indie pop artists. The first track begins introspective, exploring the experience of stress and anxiety and placing it into song form. The second track heads into a heavier space instrumentally and explores the effects of the patriarchy on women, specifically Eve and how her biblical depiction influences our behaviour to this day. The final track continues with that heavier sound and tells the story of a prideful man and his fall from grace, likened to the Devils fall. All the tracks in the EP have lyrics/vocals written and performed by Lydia the Bard and music/composition written and performed by Ben Tomalin.
